Project Overview:

The fit-out of a new Flannels retail store at Braehead Shopping Centre involved comprehensive installation of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems, as well as the incorporation of high-end finishes to meet the client's exact specifications. The project was completed within a stringent timeframe of 16 weeks, all while operating within a live shopping centre environment.

• Ceramic floor tiles removed and adhesives ground back to substrate throughout

• Unit stripped back to shell including all M&E services back to incoming supplies

• Existing centre management services maintained at all times

• New sprinkler system designed & installed

• Formation of new stockrooms & RFID system

• Complete new mechanical and electrical Services

• Bespoke niches and bulkhead constructed and finished with Durafinish

• New doors & frames to new and existing opens

• New marble, hardwood and ceramic floors

• New glass shopfront with iconic black aerofoil fin detail, unique to Flannels

• Combination of multiple different floor finishes (tiling, carpets, timber)

• Various suspended mirrored ceiling features
