• Reconfiguration of existing rooms to optimize space utilisation and accommodate modern care home standards

• Construction of new assisted bathrooms including custom designed alcove walls, feature tiling and wet room flooring

• Construction of new lounge areas, activities room and a state-of-the-art gym including the construction of feature fireplaces and installation of custom LVT feature flooring

• Full redecoration within each phase including common and residential areas

• Installation of new carpet floor finishes throughout all bedrooms

• Full reconfiguration of the reception area including new feature walls, custom joinery Café workstation and custom reception desk

• Co-ordination of client appointed sub-contractors
