Project Overview:
Owned and operated by Midsummer Place Ltd who have appointed Ellandi to provide Asset Management services for the centre.
The unit totals circa 120,000 sq ft across 3 No. floors which are currently linked by escalators through a large opening formed by Debenhams to suit their layout.
Sloane Curtis has been appointed to split the former Debenhams unit into 3 No. individual units following tenant interest.
Scope of Works
- Installation of Fire rated hoarding. 
- Removal of Escalators, infilling of pits and voids upon completion. 
- Infill existing riser voids. 
- Installation of new escape staircase. 
- Strip out of all walls/ floors/ ceilings/M&E etc back to shell. 
- Floor Grinding to remove all latent residue. 
- Installation of new passenger lift. 
- Installation of New Screeds following removal of beauty raised access floor. 
- Jumbo stud partitions to suit new layout and tenant demises. 
- Removal of 8M High Curtain waling. 
- Drainage for New Leisure, Gym and Fashion operator. 
- New sprinkler system and zone check valves to suit new tenant layout. 
- New Substation and Electrical supplies to New individual units – 200KvA in Basement. 240 kVA in Unit 1 Ground Floor, 2445 kVA in Unit 2. 
- New MCWS system.
